2. Shipping Areas & Eligibility

  • We currently ship to addresses within India only

  • If you enter a shipping address outside our delivery regions, the order may be cancelled or alternative arrangements may be offered.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment and order confirmation.

  • Processing times exclude weekends and national holidays.

  • During peak seasons (e.g., sale events, festival times) processing may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We partner with reliable courier/shipping carriers to deliver your orders.

  • At checkout, you will see the available shipping options (standard, express if applicable), along with estimated delivery times based on your location.

  • Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your city/pincode — these will be clearly displayed during checkout.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. 

5. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping (if applicable)

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain order value or as part of promotional campaigns — such offers will be clearly communicated on the website/in checkout.

  • Any applicable shipping charges depend on the delivery address, weight/size of products, and shipping method chosen.

6. Risk & Title Transfer

  • Once we hand over the package to the courier / shipping partner, the risk of loss or damage passes to you (the customer).

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct and complete while placing the order.

7. Order Tracking & Notification

  • After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (or SMS/notification) with tracking information (tracking number and courier partner details).

  • You can track your shipment via the courier’s tracking portal using the provided tracking number.

8. Failed Delivery / Delivery Attempts

  • If the courier is unable to deliver the package (wrong address, nobody to receive, etc.), a second delivery attempt may be made at no extra cost (if agreed/feasible).

  • If the delivery fails after repeated attempts and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch, or you may be given the option to cancel the order (subject to our Refund Policy).

9. Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping

  • For returns or refunds (due to damage, defect, or wrong item), please refer to our Refund Policy.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Pearl Skin only if the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged/defective/wrong item). 

  • For returns initiated by the customer for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. 

10. Delivery Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to: high order volumes, public holidays, natural disasters, logistic carrier issues, customs (for any future international shipments), or other unforeseen events.

  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you about the delay and provide updated delivery estimates.
