1. Overview

At Pearl Skin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds of our beauty products:

2. Cancellation of Orders

  • You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched.

  • Once cancelled, any payment you’ve made will be refunded in full via your original payment method within 15–20 business days.

3. Return & Refund Eligibility

Returns and refunds are available only if:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect (you received the wrong item).

  • You notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

4. Hygiene & Safety Notice

  • For health and hygiene reasons, sealed skincare products (e.g., jars, bottles, and bars) that have been opened by the customer cannot be returned unless they meet the eligibility criteria above.

  • Unopened and unused items in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return if they are defective or damaged

5. Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA):

    • Provide your Order ID, photos of the defect/damage, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Receive RA Number:

    • Once approved, we’ll issue you an RA number and return label (if applicable).

  3. Ship the Item Back:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

    • Affix the RA number clearly on the outside of the box.

    • Drop off at the designated carrier location within 3 business days of RA issuance.

  4. Inspection & Approval:

    • We’ll inspect the returned item upon receipt.

    • If the defect/damage is confirmed, we’ll process your refund.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are your responsibility—and such returns will be subject to our hygiene policy (see Section 4).

7. Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please initiate a return as above and place a new order on the Site.

9. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use beyond handling for inspection).

10. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your payment provider—processing times vary by institution.

  • If you still haven’t received it, email us at Pearlskin.in@gmail.com with your Order ID and refund reference.
